Over the weekend, festival-goers can look forward to tasting opportunities and enjoy some exceptional menus, showcasing the outstanding local produce and shellfish. Among those hosting special menus include The Angel, The Anchor, The Riverside Restaurant and The Table. The festival programme will also include a talk about the river Deben and its shellfish harvest by local historian Robert Simper.
