The Countryfile team visits Suffolk to find out more about the centenary of Suffolk-born Benjamin Britten. Britten was inspired by many aspects of Suffolk, both the people and the landscapes and presenter Julia Bradbury, will be learning about one of Britten’s lesser-known operas – Curlew River.
This episode will also feature the Suffolk Punch Trust in Hollesley near Woodbridge and presenter Matt Baker will find out all about how this majestic breed has shaped our rural landscape.
