Our regards go out to all businesses and home owners that have been affected by flooding and the recent tidal surge along the east coast.

We have contacted all of our customers that we have had to move to an alternative Suffolk Secrets holiday cottage, but do not hesitate to contact our office on 01502 722717 should you require further information. We have also contacted our homeowners who may have been affected by the floods and kept them up to date on local information.

For those customers travelling to Suffolk via the A12 over this weekend, please note that there is a road closure from just past Darsham (travelling north), to Blythburgh. Diversion signs are in place which will direct traffic through Halesworth and back out onto the A12 just south of the Southwold turnoff.

For up to do date information on road closures, please do listen to local travel news or check the BBC Suffolk Travel website by clicking here.

For up to date information on floods, you can also call the dedicated floodline number on: 08459881188 or check the Environment Agency by clicking here.

We advise you to leave ample time to arrive at your holiday property and please do not forget to call us if you are planning to arrive at your Suffolk holiday cottage after 5pm, so that we can advise of key collections details. Our offices will be open until 5pm today and will reopen at 9am on Monday morning. In emergencies, please refer to your travel instructions for our out-of-hours contact number.

Safe travelling and we look forward to welcoming you to Suffolk.
