Several Suffolk Wildlife Trust managed reserves including Reydon Woods near Southwold and Captain’s Wood near Orford usually offer a particularly stunning display of bluebells during late April/early May each year. Many private and commercial gardens in Suffolk are keen participants in The National Gardens Scheme (NGS) including "The Place for Plants" in East Bergholt which is situated close to Flatford in Constable Country.
