A Splendid Seaside Holiday Cottage
Published: Wednesday 11th Mar 2015
There is a real sense of luxury when stepping into one of our favourite Southwold holiday cottages. Situated on Pier Avenue, one of the most desirable locations in Southwold with its easy access to Southwold Pier and The High Street, Bada Bing is a holiday cottage to remember.
Named after the expression commonly used when something is finished or complete, you can certainly see why the owners named their property Bada Bing. From the outside it is a typical 1930s semi-detached property. Once through the entrance door, you can feel the love and care that has gone into renovating this delightful property.
The sitting room overlooks the front of the house and is mainly decorated in neutral colours with splashes of colour. The modern wood-effect fire is a lovely feature and is ideal for cosy evenings with a glass of wine. There are even bean bags for the kids to curl up on.
The sociable kitchen/dining area is a great place to start your day having breakfast with the family. It has white kitchen units and another wood-effect fire in the dining area. There are doors out to the conservatory which is a real sun trap during the summer season. The conservatory overlooks the large lawned garden, perfect for the kids to play and for the adults to socialise with friends.
Stepping out on to Pier Avenue, why not take a stroll towards the beach? Here you will find many places to go and explore including Southwold Pier, and Southwold Boating Lake, or the nine hole putting green just a stone’s throw from the beach.
Southwold has so much to offer visitors to the town with its interesting mix of shops, pubs, harbour and beach.
Bada Bing is the ideal holiday cottage for a Southwold break and has the benefit of private parking, giving the perfect opportunity for the whole family to get outdoors and explore Southwold’s charms which have captivated its past visitors. Why not book your 2015 Southwold escape now?!
