Fortunately, Suffolk offers a great range of all-weather attractions including: Orford Castle, Under The Pier Show, Carters Paint your own Pottery, West Stow Anglo Saxon Village, Kentwell Hall or the award-winning Sutton Hoo exhibition centre.

So don’t let the weather get in the way of a jolly good family get-together; just pack your raincoats, Lego, ski suit, bikini, books, wellies and prepare for a fun-filled half term holiday.

P.S. According to Met Office stats, east Suffolk has an average of 200* hours of sun during May! That’s almost 7 hours a day! *(average 1971-2000).
