Published: Thursday 30th Jul 2015

The Aldeburgh Pop-Up Gallery, hosted by Georgiana Pike and Sabina Forwood, is taking place every day between 8th and 20th August 2015. This exciting art exhibition is being held at the Cinema Gallery in Aldeburgh.

There will be over thirty emerging and already established artists such as painters and sculptors on show with names such as painter and printmaker Meg Buick and Felicia Fletcher from Somerset. This event promises to be one budding artists or those who appreciate fine art will not want to miss.

The exhibition is also supporting the Edward Kargbo Trust, a trust raising money for women’s health in Sierra Leone which is currently in crisis following the Ebola break out. Edward Kargbo was Prime Minister of Sierra Leone during the 1980s and his daughter, Didi Longe, lives in Suffolk.

The gallery is open 10am – 5pm daily, and the first week’s theme is birth, energy and desire whilst the second week is light integrity and peace.

If you would like to register to become a VIP guest you will receive a cocktail drink on arrival (non-alcoholic cocktails also available). The Aldeburgh Pop-Up Gallery have very kindly issued VIP invites to all Suffolk Secrets customers who will be collecting keys to their holiday cottages from the Aldeburgh Office.
