Guests are lavished by spacious bedrooms, three woodburners with starter packs provided and a choice of two sitting rooms (one is a smaller snug room) in which to socialise. 

Outside there is an attractive large pond overhung by a picturesque willow tree where you may spot a duck or two!  Also within the grounds is an orchard, terrace for outside dining and a children’s climbing area alongside football goals – the grounds really are that big!

Church Lane Farm accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms so ideal for a New Year’s break with the family or friends looking for a different scene. The kitchen is ideal for cooking up a feast so light the fires, lay the dining table and keep the wine flowing for a relaxing break. The property also has Sky TV for those who wish to partake in the New Year countdown at midnight. 

Brundish is a civil parish with a village Church as well as a public house called The Crown Inn. It is a quiet village located just a short drive away from the market town of Framlingham. Whilst holidaying at Church Lane Farm, Framlingham is well worth a visit where an abundance of shops are readily on hand as well as having the attraction of Framlingham Castle where many special events are held.
