The Suffolk Walking Festival 2016

As some of you may already know the team here at Suffolk Secrets will be taking part in various walks organised by the Suffolk Walking Festival. We thought this was a great opportunity to raise money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance and have the chance to explore the Suffolk coast.

The Classic Challenge Walk Day 1 – Pier to Pier
Start: South Pier, Lowestoft. Finish: Southwold Pier.
Distance: 13 miles.
Who’s taking part: Amy Roberts one of our Property Recruiters and Sally Owen, our Brand Marketing Manager.
The Classic Challenge Walk Day 2 – The Heritage Coast
Start: Southwold Pier. Finish: Sizewell Beach Car Park.
Distance: 13 miles.
Who’s taking part: George Bradley our General Manager, Angie Brown our Property Manager and Helen Lower our Housekeeping and Reservations Assistant.
The Classic Challenge Walk Day 3 – The Sailor’s Path
Start: Sizewell Beach Car Park. Finish: Snape Maltings.
Distance: 11 miles.
Who’s taking part: Debbie Laing Songhurst, our Quality Assessor for Visit England, Charlotte Sawkins our Reservations and Homeowner Liaison Assistant, Jonathan Bryant one of our Reservations Assistants and Leah Smith, our Homeowner and Marketing Assistant.

Start: Snape Maltings. Finish: Suffolk Punch Trust.
Distance: 14 miles.

The Classic Challenge Walk Day 5 – From Ferry to Fort
Start: Suffolk Punch Trust. Finish: Landguard Fort.
Distance: 14 miles
