Family friendly Northfield House is a traditional red brick holiday home which has been beautifully restored into a bright and spacious holiday cottage - perfect for a seaside holiday on the Suffolk coast. This property is something special… a truly delightful holiday cottage with a fabulous country kitchen with an Aga and a Belfast sink. The spacious dining area has a large farmhouse table to seat eight guests and doors opening out onto the garden. The sitting room is charming with a couple of sofas and a wood burning stove, a relaxing spot to chill with a glass of wine at any time of year.
A holiday in Southwold is on everyone’s wish list, this traditional seaside town is famous for its iconic lighthouse, pier and pretty beach huts. The food is something special too, dine out on some of the freshest seafood around… just switch off your phone, off your shoes and relax.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
