This property is extremely well equipped and is an ideal base to enjoy a rural location, away from the hustle and bustle of town. The upmarket seaside town of Southwold is but a short 5 mile drive. Here you can while away the day on the beach, stroll along the promenade, sample the local ales and fine food and browse the shops. Top it off with a relaxing evening by the roaring wood burner at this beautiful cottage. Idyllic! Shop: 1.5 miles. Pub: 1.5 miles.

Dining Room: Table and chairs with two additional high back wooden carver chairs to make this a sociable area. Bose speakers.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge, mini chest freezer and dishwasher. Best use of space is clearly demonstrated in this area and everything is provided for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The pantry area provides additional storage space ensuring you have everything you need.
Hallway: Access to the rear garden
Bathroom: Freestanding claw foot bath with shower over and curtain, wash-basin and WC. Heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Super king size bed which is zip and link giving you the choice of twin beds. (Please specify at the time of booking). Decorative fireplace. Views to the front of the property with field views beyond.
Bedroom 2: A built-in double bed and access to one side only (not ideal for some couples). Compact room with built in wardrobes and cupboards which provide a small dressing table area. Views of the countryside beyond.
Bedroom 3: Single bed and views over the garden with the fields beyond. There is also a pull out single bed underneath.

Garden: South facing garden which runs alongside the cottage and beyond down to the fields. A lovely well-kept garden with a large grass area and a raised wooden deck with furniture and a barbeque to enjoy.
Parking: Private parking for two cars.

Notes: Wifi and towels included. Travel cot, high chair and two stairgates also at the property and available for guests use.
Pets: One small well behaved dog welcome.

Uggeshall is a quiet village which is just a ten minute drive away from the seaside town of Southwold and fifteen minutes from the market town of Beccles. Uggeshall is surrounded by fields and open countryside so it’s an ideal village to really get away from it all. Uggeshall has a thatched Church – St Mary’s which is in the heart of the village. Uggeshall is just one mile away from A12 and therefore has great access to lots of popular Suffolk locations including Blythburgh, Brampton and Halesworth. The nearest shop and pub can be found just a mile and a half away in Wangford.
