Our Offices

Suffolk is a large area, so to make sure our friendly team are easily accessible during your stay, we have two well-located offices. From north to south, you’ll find us in Southwold – a traditional seaside resort famous for its pier and lighthouse, and Aldeburgh – famous for its historic moot hall, shell sculpture and annual Regatta.

Our offices are open Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 5 pm. We're happy to offer advice on booking your next holiday, or if you're stuck for ideas about what to do whilst you're here we can offer our suggestions about the best places to visit, things to do and places to eat - just pop in and see us!

Our Southwold Office

The team at Southwold are lucky enough to work on the doorstep of the ever-popular and very pretty coastal town of Southwold. Our office, No. 19 Market Place is a Grade II listed building with an interesting history of trade. Built in 1865, the establishment was first used as a Unitarian Chapel and public meeting hall. Moving through the 1900's, the building was seen as a home-knit hosiery company, a thriving dining room and restaurant and greengrocers until the 1980's. Now home to the Suffolk Secrets team, we love the characteristic front windows and being right in the mix of the hustle and bustle of Southwold.

Our Aldeburgh Office

Our Aldeburgh office can be found on Aldeburgh High Street opposite The Golden Galleon fish and chip shop. We are very lucky to be in such a prime location in Aldeburgh and our office welcomes any visitors with open arms looking for information, whether they're staying with us or not. The team love working in Aldeburgh, however, there's a daily battle not to be tempted by the smell of fish and chips wafting across the street!
