A traditional summer theatre season which has been running in two Suffolk seaside towns for over 60 years has been saved from closure by an award-winning local producer and is being relaunched for 2019.

2018 sees the return of the Grand Henham Steam Rally. Now in its 44th year, this well-loved event is a great day out for adults, children, dogs and anyone visiting Suffolk.

The Adnams name is synonymous with Southwold, the brewer’s influence over – and investment in – the town still very much in evidence today.

Things are hotting up here in Suffolk and summer is well underway.

With fifty years of use under its belt, in April of 1929 Southwold Railway which linked Southwold to Halesworth closed its train doors for the last time.

Southwold and the Suffolk coast are rich sources of history and tradition that are just waiting to be discovered by inquisitive visitors.
