Located on the meandering River Waveney and surrounding by rural farmland, Beccles is an ideal place for a short break or longer stay and we have recently listed a beautiful holiday home here called River End Cottage.

In November of each year, the anniversary of the failed Gunpowder Plot of 1605 is celebrated with Guy Fawkes / Bonfire Nights across the UK.

We all love Long Melford – a picturesque Suffolk village which has been settled for many centuries and is dotted with historic buildings.

We love Suffolk and are so lucky to have wealth of beautiful places to visit, not forgetting the abundance of wonderful restaurants and pubs to choose from.

I love living in Suffolk and one thing that I look forward to every year is the Suffolk Open Studios season.

Southwold has achieved a Blue Flag award in the Keep Britain Tidy 2014 awards, announced on 20th May. Ten beaches in the East of England achieved a Blue Flag including the “Southwold Pier” beach.
